Helping small children manage big feelings through stories, games, crafts and play! Our play therapist Karyn Louritt shares her love and passion for fun with your children through this workshop.
Children between the ages of 4-8 will explore and practice some simple strategies for identifying and regulating feelings of sadness and anger. We will notice feelings and practice regulation strategies with books, games, crafts and a snack. Your kiddo will leave our time together with a tangible craft reminder of what they learned. You will also receive a handout explaining the therapeutic benefit of each activity that your child completed.
